It stands behind a finely patterned fence, in a small front garden, with a pastor's house next to it. It was built in 1875 in the early eclectic style according to the plans of János Baldauf.

From the main railway station you can get to the hotel by buses 3, 4, 4Y, 8, 104,104Y. Get off at Árkád and walk 500 metres in the direction of Jókai street.
