History

Sádirván, the Turkish fountain has been standing here for more than 100 years.

It got its name from the citizens of the Zidina district. It was demolished together with the south side of the street in 1980 but was reconstructed as part of the renewal of Kálvária Street. It still provides water for the inhabitants of the district.

How to get there

You can reach it by bus from the main railway station with buses 32 and 34, then walk 50 metres from the Tunnel.
Parking lots are available at the Barbican.
