History
The 18th century, charming building of the City History Museum is the oldest industrial monument of Pécs, which once functioned as a tanner's house. Its permanent historical exhibition presents a rich collection of artefacts and images from the period from liberation from the Turks (1686) to 1950. There are many interiors and models, room interiors from several periods, a very important collection of postcards and an exhibition of objects and relics from the 1940s, which are not to be seen anywhere else.
