This is also a temple turned into a mosque. In the 18th century, it was built from the stones of a Turkish prayer house by Pauline monks, according to the plans of a fellow monk, Máté Vépi.
Benedek Virág, the great poet of the Enlightenment, studied here. After the Pauline order was dissolved in 1786, it remained empty. Bishop Ignác Szepesy converted it into a lyceum and made the church available for the worship of the youth. In 1923, when the Elizabeth University in Bratislava was moved to Pécs, it was designated a university church. The interior was repainted, the work of Ernő Gebauer from Pécs. In 2012, the Palatines took back the Lyceum church building from the Diocese of Pécs.
