Hospital Square

The idea of building a pedestrian promenade was the impetus for the renovation of Hospital Square, the southern part of St Stephen's Square, the western part of Franciscan Street and the northern end of Rákóczi Street. New drainage, stairs and retaining walls have been added to the area in front of the Yakovalan Hassan mosque. New trees and shrubs were planted, some of them in plant containers.
