It was an emploem, became a mosque and is now a church again. On its southern façade, three Turkish windows bear witness to its history.After the expulsion of the "pagans", it was given to the Augustinian monks. The 'Altarpiece of the Sorrowful Virgin' is by the Viennese Martin Fischer from the 18th century, and the central wall paintings in the sanctuary were done by Ernő Gebauer in 1941. For some time now, bells have been ringing from the tower: the miners'.


The morning mass will be presented by Father Dr. Edvárd Kajtár, the evening mass by Father Tibor Berecz.
