The türbe of Idris Baba
Although only little is known about the Turkish person lying in the mausoleum it is surrounded by veneration. He might have been some kind of seer or worker of miracles.
Sádirván, the Turkish fountain, has been standing here for more than 100 years.
The Mosque of Pasha Yakovali Hassan
The mosque, established by Pasha Yakovali Hassan was built in the second half of the sixteenthth century, outside the Szigeti gate of the town. This is the only Turkish age mosque in Hungary that has remained intact together with its minaret.
The baths of Pasha Memi
There was still warm water here not so long ago, as this bath almost survived and was only demolished in around 1880.
The church that used to stand here in the Middle Ages was transformed into a mosque by the Turkish. Eventually, after 150 years of occupation, it was eventually returned to the Franciscans, who had maintained their identity.
